Delray Beach, FL
Of the cities on our service map, only Boynton Beach sits closer to our shop.
Countertop installation in Delray Beach starts at our Corporate Drive address in Boynton Beach, roughly 10 minutes north via I-95 without traffic. The showroom and the fabrication shop share that address, so the CNC cutting and polishing never leave our hands.
For Delray Beach homeowners, a local Boynton Beach company this close means you can walk our 500+ slabs, point to the one your countertops will come from, and be home by lunch.
Delray's housing spans more than a century. About half of its homes were built before 1983, and roughly a third are in buildings with ten or more units, according to U.S. Census Bureau survey data. The sections below take the oldest houses and the western condos in turn.
Template day, install day and everything between them is laid out on our countertop installation page.
Historic Delray
Five local historic districts, with houses built from the early 1900s into the 1940s.
Delray Beach has five local historic districts, clustered around downtown and Atlantic Avenue: Old School Square, West Settlers, Del-Ida Park, Nassau Park and the Marina district. We install countertops throughout all five.
Homes of that age seldom hand a stone fabricator a true rectangle: a wall leans, a corner opens past 90 degrees. So our crew templates digitally, capturing the room as it actually stands, crooked corners included.
That record becomes the plan for your stone. Before a single cut, you see every piece placed on your chosen slab, seams marked, a step explained on our page about slab layout in our shop.
West Delray
Smaller kitchens and single-vanity baths, planned as the compact projects they are.
West of the city limits, the Delray Beach ZIP codes take in 55+ communities such as Kings Point, one of the area's largest, and the Villages of Oriole. Both were built mostly in the 1970s and '80s, and much of their housing is condos and villas. We install countertops throughout west Delray, these communities included.
In a condo or villa kitchen, new stone can sit on your existing cabinetry, and when tear-out is on your estimate, the crew takes the old tops away first. Most kitchens are installed in a single day, with cleanup before the crew leaves.
Pricing doesn't require a trip: a picture of the space plus approximate dimensions (a hand-drawn plan works) is enough for us to price the job.
Priced by the square foot. A slab from our stock is billed on the area your counters use, which matters in a small kitchen.
Start with the slabs in stock on our website, and ask us about any that catch your eye.
Bathrooms
Vanity tops in Delray Beach, single or double, and the leftover stone that often suits them.
Each top is cut to fit your cabinet, and its sink opening and faucet holes are made in our shop, not in your bathroom. If you choose an undermount bowl, the crew mounts it when they set the top. Sizes, sinks and backsplash options are on our bathroom vanity tops page.
When a big job is cut from a full slab, the usable stone left over becomes a remnant. One vanity is a natural match for one, and because that stone already exists, it often costs noticeably less. Here's how our countertop remnants work.
Quartz never needs sealing; plan on a fresh coat of sealer for granite every 1–2 years. Marble, softer and more porous than either, is a classic vanity stone that takes on a patina over time.
Materials
Quartz and granite countertops for Delray Beach kitchens, plus quartzite and marble, all cut from slabs we keep on hand.
Choosing kitchen countertops in Delray Beach comes down to how you cook and whether the counter stays indoors or sits out by the pool.
The low-upkeep choice for an indoor kitchen: non-porous and never sealed. Hot pans go on a trivet.
Natural stone that handles a hot pan and a sunny patio alike, a fit for a poolside kitchen. Reseal it every 1–2 years.
Harder than granite, often with marble-like movement, and at ease outdoors in the Florida sun. It needs sealing now and then; we'll tell you how often once you've picked the slab.
A classic for vanities and feature pieces. Softer than quartz or granite and more porous too, it ages into a patina and belongs indoors.
Outdoor kitchen countertops in Delray Beach should be granite or quartzite. Keep quartz and marble for indoor rooms.

FAQ
About 10 minutes. Delray Beach is roughly 5.3 miles from our Boynton Beach shop on Corporate Drive, a short run down I-95 when traffic is light. The drive is the quick part of your project. Installation itself is usually scheduled 7–10 business days after templating.
Yes. Our crew templates digitally and records your walls and corners the way they really are, square or not, and the stone is cut in our shop to that record. The same crew returns to install it. You can help by having the cabinets installed, and anything above or below the counter in place, before template day. Mention any wall you already know is off.
Yes. We replace vanity tops throughout west Delray Beach, including condos and villas in communities such as Kings Point and the Villages of Oriole. We template on your existing cabinet, cut the sink opening and faucet holes in our shop, and can take out and haul away the old top when that's listed on your estimate. A single vanity is often a good match for a remnant.
Yes. A remnant is usable stone left over after a larger job is cut from a full slab, and bathroom vanities are among the projects it suits. Since the stone already exists, a remnant often costs less than a top cut from a new slab. Send us the length and depth of the top and how many sinks it holds, or ask at the showroom, and we'll check what's available in that size.
