Condos & HOAs
Condos, HOAs and Gated Communities
A big share of the homes in Palm Beach County and North Broward sit in condo buildings or behind an HOA gate. Those buildings and communities are inside the area we serve. Each one sets its own rules for access, deliveries and work hours, so tell us about yours when you request a free estimate.
Some things hold in every building. The crew that templates your kitchen is the one that comes back to install it, so the gate or front desk deals with one team. Most kitchens are installed in a single day. If the old countertops have to go, we can take them out and dispose of them as part of the project, and that line appears on your estimate. And our countertop installers clean up before they leave.

Service Area Questions
Do you install countertops in Broward County?
Yes, in North Broward. Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach are both in our service area, roughly 20 and 26 minutes from our Boynton Beach shop without traffic. The stone is cut in the same shop and installed by the same crew as a job next door to us. For any other Broward address, phone (561) 200-5555 so we can check it before you book anything.
Do you install countertops in Wellington, Lake Worth Beach and Jupiter?
Yes, all three. Lake Worth Beach is about 13 minutes north of our shop, Wellington about 30 minutes to the northwest and Jupiter about 36 minutes up at the north end of the county. None of them has its own page yet, but the estimate costs nothing there either, in your home or at the showroom, and our own crew does the work.
Do you work north of Jupiter?
Yes. We go all the way up to Port St. Lucie, including Hobe Sound. Those addresses sit well beyond the cities on our map, so call (561) 200-5555 to confirm yours before you schedule anything. Once it's confirmed, a few photos and rough dimensions are enough for us to price your layout.
Can you work in gated communities and condo buildings?
Yes. Condo buildings and gated communities are part of the area we serve, from Jupiter down to Pompano Beach. Access and work-hour rules change from one building or HOA to the next, so bring yours up when you ask for an estimate. The team that measures your space is the team that installs it. Most kitchens are installed in a single day.
