Quartz Countertops
Non-porous with no sealing, ever, which makes it the easy keeper for rentals and condo kitchens. Indoors only.
- Non-porous
- Never needs sealing
We install countertops across West Palm Beach: 1920s houses in the historic districts, condos downtown, and rental units between tenants. Every slab is cut at our own shop in Boynton Beach, about 16 miles south, and our installers come up I-95 to set it.

Step 1 of 3
West Palm Beach
The county seat sits about 16 miles north of our shop.
West Palm Beach doesn't have one typical kitchen. Several of its historic districts were built out between roughly 1910 and 1930, condo buildings cluster downtown around Clematis Street and CityPlace, and about half of the city's occupied homes are rented. The stone may be the same in all three; the questions before it are not.
Distance changes less than you'd think. Your free estimate can be done at home, or started from a few photos and rough measurements, and measuring is free. Templating and installation happen at your address too, handled by one crew. The trip worth making is to our Boynton Beach showroom, where you pick the actual slab your countertops are cut from, out of 500+ in stock. To narrow the field before you drive down, look through our slabs in stock online.
The step-by-step of templating and installation is on our countertop installation page.
Historic Homes
Most of these houses went up during the 1920s land boom.
We install countertops throughout the city's historic neighborhoods, from Old Northwood, north of downtown, to Grandview Heights and Flamingo Park just south of it, and El Cid along Flagler Drive. All four are listed in the National Register of Historic Places: Old Northwood since 1994, El Cid since 1995, Grandview Heights since 1999 and Flamingo Park since 2000.
Houses from that era seldom have perfectly square walls, and many of their kitchens have been rebuilt around newer cabinets. So template day waits until the cabinets and the appliances around them are in position; then our crew measures digitally, and the stone is cut to the room as it stands today.
An ogee or beveled edge nods to the period, while our standard straight polished edge keeps the look quiet. Natural stone suits a house with history, since no two granite, quartzite or marble slabs are alike. Islands, long runs and layout planning live on our kitchen countertops page.
Replacing counters in more than one room? Homeowners hire us directly, and so do designers, contractors and builders.
Downtown Condos
Close to four in ten West Palm Beach homes sit in a building of ten units or more.
Downtown condos around Clematis Street and CityPlace are well inside the area our crew covers. You can start without a site visit: from photos of the room and rough dimensions, we can price the job. Template day and install day are two visits by the same team.
Tear-out of the old tops and disposal can be part of the job, listed on your estimate. Need the sink and cooktop unhooked and reconnected? Say so up front, while we're pricing the job. Our installers also clean up before heading out, which matters more when the hallway is shared.
Building rules Every association writes its own rules for contractors. Check your building's work hours and elevator policy before template day, and pass them along when we set the dates.
Rentals & Investment
About half of West Palm Beach's occupied homes are rented, the largest share of the five cities with a page on this site.
A rental countertop gets judged twice: in the listing photos and at every move-out walk-through.
Quartz is the low-upkeep choice for most indoor rental kitchens and baths. It's non-porous, so spills sit on top instead of soaking in, and it never needs sealing between tenants. Two rules keep it that way: a trivet under every hot pan, and no outdoor use. Its repeatable color also helps when several units should match; ask which colors are on hand.
Expect tenants to set hot cookware straight down? Granite handles heat well. Put resealing every 1–2 years on the turnover checklist.
Send photos with approximate measurements, or book a free measure, and note your vacancy dates on the request.
Cabinets come first, and so does anything that attaches above or under the counter. Then our crew takes digital measurements.
Most kitchens are installed in a single day, and we leave the room clean. From template day to install day is typically 7–10 business days.
Timelines are typical, not promised, so share your move-in date early.
For budgeting: pricing is per square foot, extras such as tear-out are listed on your estimate, and a 50% deposit starts fabrication.
Materials
Four starting points, matched to the homes on this page.
Non-porous with no sealing, ever, which makes it the easy keeper for rentals and condo kitchens. Indoors only.
Natural stone that handles heat and belongs on a patio as much as in a kitchen. Reseal every 1–2 years.
Harder than granite and veined like marble, a look that sits well in an older house. Ask about Taj Mahal quartzite, which showroom visitors request often.
Leftover stone from larger jobs, a good fit for a vanity and often priced lower. Ask which pieces are on hand in the size you need.
Explore remnantsPlanning outdoor kitchen countertops for a West Palm Beach patio or pool deck? Choose granite or quartzite; quartz belongs indoors, away from direct sun.
Homeowners who would rather spread out the cost can ask about financing through Synchrony, which is subject to credit approval.
Financing is provided by a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval. Term and monthly payment are determined by the lender at approval.

About 16 miles, or roughly 20 minutes south on I-95 without traffic. You'll find the showroom at 2114 Corporate Dr, Boynton Beach, beside the I-95 exit at Woolbright Road with Lowe's a minute away. Yes. El Cid, Flamingo Park and Old Northwood are all within the West Palm Beach area our crew serves. In an older house, we wait until the cabinets are set, then template digitally so each piece follows the walls as they really are. Profiles like ogee and beveled are available alongside our standard straight polished edge, and a natural stone slab gives you a pattern no other kitchen has.
Yes. Downtown condos are inside our service area. We can take out and dispose of the old countertops too, and you'll see it on the estimate before we start. Most kitchens are installed in a single day. Buildings set their own rules for contractor hours and elevator use, so check with your association and tell us what they require before we schedule template day.
For most indoor rental kitchens and baths, we'd point you to quartz. Nothing soaks into it and it never needs a sealer, so there's no upkeep to book between tenants. It does need a trivet under hot pans, and it shouldn't go outdoors. If tenants are likely to set cookware straight down, granite handles heat but needs resealing every 1–2 years. For a small bath, a remnant is often the lower-cost route.
