Beachfront and Intracoastal Condos: What to Settle Before Template Day
Nearly a third of Pompano Beach homes are in buildings of 50 or more units.
If your unit is in one of those buildings, on the beach or along the Intracoastal, start with the kitchen itself: template day needs the cabinets installed and everything above and below the countertop line finished.
A full slab is close to 120 inches long and 55 wide, but a full slab isn't what comes up to your unit. Your countertops arrive as finished pieces, cut to your template and polished in our shop, sink and faucet openings included. The same people who templated your kitchen come back to install it, and they clean up before they go.

Single-Family Homes From Old Pompano to Palm Aire
